Accounts Receivable
Accounts Receivable is the newest addition to the
Automotive Expert®. With this new feature you will be able to create accounts,
track their status, and print reports. Once your accounts have been setup, you
can continue to create your invoices the way you have been, there is no change.
Automotive Expert® will even tell you the account’s current balance after an
invoice has been saved.
Some of the reports that can be generated with new
Accounts Receivable feature are:

Account
Status – Gives you a summary of all your A/R accounts.
·
Summary
Of Collections – Allows you to view all of your A/R customers and the payments
they made that month.
· Summary of Charges – Shows your A/R customers and the amount of charges made for that month.
· Aging Report – Shows any overdue amounts.
