You can setup reminders to open automatically when creating an invoice, have a Thank-You letter to be sent to all customers who spend a certain amount, and let Automotive Expert® tell you when you have letters or reminders that need to be sent when the program opens.
Manage Reminders & Letters

Under the management option for letters or reminders you can customize the letters for your shops specific needs. We give you a default of 9 reminders and 5 customer letters. Delete all and create new ones or modify the ones we supply, it's up to you.
Setting Reminders & Letters
During the process of creating an invoice you can set any reminder or letter that you wish. When setting the reminder you can choose a specific time for the reminder or letter to be sent or you can customize the date. You can also customize the specific reminder or letter just for that customer. With the Customize for this Customer Only option, you can add your own comments to the letter and it will not affect the default letters or reminders in the system
